ASDA supports shareholders, particularly those seeking legal solutions and/or negotiated out-of-court settlements to protect their property rights.
In particular, its aim is to facilitate access to justice in proceedings that may seem daunting and costly for shareholders acting alone. ASDA defends the claims of individual shareholders, with the aim of asserting their rights against companies, and in particular their governing bodies such as their boards of directors.
To achieve this goal, ASDA promotes the right to information and the launch of special audits, as well as legal action, particularly in relation to liability for poor management.
